– Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
– All tags must be intact and attached to the garment.
– Items must be in their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
– Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) due to hygiene reasons.
– Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. How to Initiate a Return

– Contact our customer service team at info@fashioncodee.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
– Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4. Return Shipping

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective item).
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Process

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
